Lately, the planning machine has been in full force. At this time of year most of us are dreaming about breaks from the norm, so I'm starting small. With a practically non-existent social life, it's always good to have something to look forward to.
Front 242, Dublin (28th February) and DAF/System:FX (28th March) are definite attendances-will be in London from 27th-29th. However, believe it or not, Laibach's upcoming gig is a maybe as the old post-Xmas funds are running dangerously low. *sniff* Still, if I know Laibach, there'll be another date or two in the pipeline later in the year... *crosses fingers*
Looking much further ahead, I see flights to Amsterdam in August are nicely low-however, I've no idea as yet of the dates for Summer Darkness! Still, that's a while off yet. Patience, dear! :-D

Might be able to squeeze the pennies enough for another one of those Brussels jaunts though, Steve really wants to do it.

Are the prices for Brussels as affordable as they were when we went?

The prices for Brussels are actually a little better (at the moment anyhoo)... they've changed the deal slightly, from £155 per person for one night, with 2 nights free, to £249 for one person for 3 nights, with a second person travelling free. So a saving of £60 for 2 people, which is nice (even though that wouldn't have even covered our cab fare from Gent, LOL!)

*Cackle* But what a fan-flippin'-tastic night it was, even if we were knackered by the end! Still, up nearly *24* hours straight at our respective ages-I was well proud of us! :-D
I know what you mean, though-plans are good. Plans are logical, Captain. *cackle* Unfortunately this current economic climate is putting paid to many of the best laid plans of mice and women! Fingers and toes crossed that Steve's work picks up soon...
